About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Instrument Coordinator to join our team at Circle Health Group. As an Instrument Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the provision of a comprehensive Sterile Instrument service to the Operating Theatre, Endoscopy, and OPD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of sterile instruments in working areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the theatre team to deliver high-quality care and maintain good working relationships.
  • Support the team in delivering care that improves the health of individuals and the wider community.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in clinical and technical knowledge to deliver effective care and treatments.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and patients to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Act as an advocate for patient safety and demonstrate courage in speaking up when concerns arise.
