Salary: £34,961 Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance

Role Overview
As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be an integral part of our skilled team, working within our advanced facilities. Comprehensive manufacturer training will be provided, eliminating the need for prior brand-specific experience. You can anticipate ongoing training to stay current with the latest automotive technologies through both manufacturer programs and our dedicated training academy.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicles within the brand.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty-approved tasks as per brand guidelines.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and filter replacements.
- Complete job cards and electronic documentation on franchise systems.
- Execute electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs).
- Assist and mentor Apprentice Technicians as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently.
- A collaborative team player who adheres to established processes and protocols.
- Possession of an industry-recognized qualification as a Vehicle Technician, ideally at level 3, though level 2 will be considered.
- Desirable: Ability to perform MOTs, with full training provided.
- Self-motivated, organized, and committed to maintaining Health & Safety standards.
- Proficient with technology and comfortable using iPad software.
