**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing cost management expertise to our clients across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cost management reports to clients' senior management on a wide range of projects.
  • Advise and approve cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
  • Establish clients' requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
  • Perform risk and value management and cost control.
  • Advise on procurement strategy and manage the tendering process.
  • Ensure the preparation of monthly cost/profit forecasts.
  • Provide advice and support to the team on subcontractor selection and contractual claims.

Requirements:

  • Education: BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying.
  • Experience: Stable career history working for a client or main contractor on civil engineering projects.
  • Knowledge: NEC contracts and construction contracts.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
