Metal Fabrication Specialist Compensation: Up to £36.16 plus regular overtime and monthly bonuses. Our client is a leading manufacturer of articulated trucks, producing various models utilized across multiple sectors such as mining, construction, and aggregates.
The manufacturing facility employs cutting-edge technology, including advanced computer analysis, robotic systems, and a state-of-the-art painting facility. It is conveniently located with easy access via public transport, including bus and train services.
With ample overtime opportunities available throughout the week and weekends, you can significantly increase your earnings, with overtime rates set at time and a half from Monday to Saturday and double time on Sundays.

Pay Rate and Working Hours:
- 36.5 hours per week
- £18.08 per hour for day shifts
- £21.70 per hour for afternoon shifts
- £24.41 per hour for night shifts
- £27.12 per hour for overtime from Monday to Saturday
- £36.16 per hour for Sunday overtime
Shifts:
- Day Shift: Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00; Friday, 08:00 - 12:30
Back Shift:
- Monday - Thursday, 16:00 - 00:00; Friday, 12:30 - 17:00
Night Shift:
- Monday - Thursday, 00:00 - 08:00; Friday, 17:00 - 21:30
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in working with build/welding fixtures to precise tolerances
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with contemporary practices, including adherence to standard operating procedures
- Capability to perform manual lifting
- Strong commitment to safety protocols at all times
- Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification
