Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough client fact finds and collate supporting documents to ensure accurate and informed advice.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products to meet our clients' needs.
  • Manage ongoing cases through to completion, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, products, and regulations to provide the best possible advice and service.

Requirements:

  • CEMAP or CII qualification in Mortgage Advice.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
