Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our team at Pro-Finance. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for leading and directing all aspects of audit services delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and direct audit teams to ensure high-quality services are delivered to clients.
- Verify the accuracy of financial statements for stakeholders, including shareholders, governments, tax authorities, banks, and customers.
- Consult with clients to understand their financial reporting needs and provide expert advice on financial products and services.
- Manage and develop a team of auditors to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality services.
- Support the development of business strategies and practice management initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting requirements.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
- Experience working within a UK accountancy firm, preferably in a financial services or audit role.
