Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Design Engineer to join our team at GlobalTech Recruitment. As a key member of our Systems Design team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to evolve system architecture in a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment.
  • Capture system interface requirements and define interface documents.
  • Manage requirements using Jira and other traceability tools.
  • Collaborate with the Equipment Design team to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the V-cycle and experience working across the V-cycle.
  • Excellent knowledge of requirements gathering, management, and tracking.
  • Experience in Model-Based Systems Development environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of Thermal Engineering, High Voltage, and Low Voltage Electrical Design.
  • Good knowledge of safety analysis techniques, including Fault Hazard Analysis (FHA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Good knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Systems Design Engineering, with a focus on complex systems.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time.
