Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Prince Personnel Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join their team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Talent Team, ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support with recruitment and onboarding for a busy recruitment team
  • Sift through CVs to source suitable applicants
  • Manage the job board and website advertising
  • Help coordinate interviews
  • Liaise with hiring managers and candidates
  • Complete and check paperwork and documentation
  • Process information onto the HR system
  • Schedule MS Outlook diary appointments
Requirements:
  • Previous recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Previous administration experience or a recent graduate could also be considered
  • Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic individual with an eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • IT literate, including MS Office
