We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Edwards & Pearce. As a leading employment agency, we provide permanent recruitment and temporary worker supply services.

About the Role

  • As an HR Advisor, you will be covering maternity leave and working closely with our established HR team, reporting to the UK Head of HR.
  • You will be responsible for developing people, designing, writing, and delivering training practices, and upskilling the workforce.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong employment law background, experience in KPI-driven companies, and a proven track record of completing detailed data-driven reports.
  • You will work closely with operational SLT teams at different sites and be the go-to person for most HR matters.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of operational HR generalist experience at HR Advisor or HRM level, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Strong coaching skills, experience in writing and delivering training material, and the ability to mentor junior HR members.
  • Excellent emotional awareness, ability to read individuals well, and a strong approachable and engaging manner.
