Job Description

Job Title: Guest Service Team Leader - Multi-Site Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Team Leader to lead our dynamic team across multiple locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving service standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of guest service professionals to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive service excellence and improve guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all areas of the hotel
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
  • Participate in the preparation and cleaning of the restaurant and bar areas
  • Interface with all departments as necessary to ensure effective communication and service delivery
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive service excellence

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
