About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Westgate, a welcoming pub with rooms located in the heart of Winchester. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all areas of the pub, including bedrooms and public areas, are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage linen and guest supplies, ensuring they are ordered and stored efficiently.
- Contribute to the maintenance of equipment and report any issues to the management team.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome for all guests.
