Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neighbourhood Coordinator to join our team at Habinteg Housing Association. As a key member of our housing services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our tenants, ensuring their needs are met and their homes are safe and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver housing services to tenants at our schemes in Hemlington and Whinney Banks, with occasional travel to other schemes as required.
• Let properties, conduct scheme inspections, and perform key health and safety checks.
• Help tenants maintain their tenancies by ensuring they are up-to-date with their rent and providing support with tenancy issues.
• Liaise with social services and occupational health services to ensure tenants can live independently.
• Deal with tenancy issues, including reports of anti-social behaviour.

Requirements:

• Experience and knowledge of housing management in the social housing sector.
