The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Travel Support team as a Part-Time Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, rebooking tickets, and providing administrative support to our customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rebook customers onto suitable alternative flights and holidays
  • Support customers who require extra assistance, liaising with hotels and suppliers as needed
  • Provide administrative support to our customer-facing teams, including responding to requests for special assistance
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure that appropriate arrangements can be provided to customers with disability requirements
  • Provide administrative support to our Duty Office in times of disruption

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be fully computer literate with MS Excel.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, 25 days' holiday per calendar year, increasing by one day for every two complete years, to a maximum of 30 days, plus normal bank holidays. We also offer unlimited standby and premium standby fares for you and your nominees on the BA network and partner airlines, from day one, as well as discounts on BA flights and holidays from day one for you, your friends, and family.
