A prestigious Private Equity firm is seeking a polished and composed Executive Assistant to support their Investor Relations division. This is a newly established position due to the firm's expansion, working alongside a seasoned EA within a successful team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to manage a demanding and dynamic workload. A collaborative spirit and a flexible, proactive attitude are essential for success in this role. Previous experience in a similar capacity, particularly within boutique finance or private equity, is highly desirable. This role encompasses traditional EA responsibilities, with significant opportunities to engage with investors, conduct research, and coordinate roadshows. It presents an excellent opportunity for a career-focused EA who thrives in a vibrant, fast-paced environment where employee contributions are valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Extensive communication with investors
- Preparation of board meetings and associated documentation
- Compilation of reports and statistical data
- Oversight of CRM systems
- Conducting research and project initiatives
- Coordination of roadshows
Candidate Profile
- Ability to work independently while managing complex and evolving schedules, with strategic planning and prioritization skills
- Possess natural authority and meticulous attention to detail, capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure, and a strong team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Outstanding communication skills
- A self-motivated individual who is approachable, efficient, and confident
- Preferred educational background at the graduate level
Working Conditions
- Standard working hours are from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with an understanding that flexibility is required, including occasional out-of-hours email checks and urgent support
- Work location is primarily office-based, with occasional remote work supported on an ad-hoc basis
