Job Title: Apprentice Welder

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled TIG Welder / MIG Welder for one of our longest standing clients based in Bedford, who work within the automated solutions of the engineering industry.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for an enthusiastic TIG Welder / MIG Welder with a genuine interest in engineering and manufacturing.
  • The ideal individual should have a flexible approach to working, be able to work in a team environment, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality work and is committed to ongoing learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform TIG and MIG welding tasks to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering team to design and develop new products and solutions.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of existing processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in TIG and MIG welding.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
