Primary Duties:

To deliver a comprehensive, high-level communications and engagement service for Innovate Healthcare Services by directly supporting the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) initiative and the wider Business Support Team.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in crafting and executing the communications and engagement strategy for the EPR initiative.
  • Independently create, implement, and assess EPR communications and engagement materials.
  • Lead in-person engagement efforts to inform stakeholders about the EPR initiative and its implications for their roles.
  • Provide communications and marketing expertise to program teams, acting as a communications authority.
  • Generate and refine communication and engagement content and materials.
  • Support the Head of Communications & Business Support in managing daily communications and engagement activities (both internal and external).
  • Collaborate with the communications and engagement teams at partner organizations to ensure a unified approach to EPR communications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of the overall communications and engagement strategy for the EPR, emphasizing service enhancement and user experience.
  • Produce clear, compelling, informative, and accessible communication materials for both internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency in messaging.
  • Create content for various communication platforms (both print and digital), including training resources, social media content, and communication toolkits.
  • Represent the Communications and Engagement workstream at relevant program boards.
  • Develop and maintain an EPR website and ensure its content is current.
  • Lead the formulation of internal and external EPR communications and engagement strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular updates on EPR communications and engagement to stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage communication campaigns effectively.
  • Plan and facilitate events, press conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Coordinate engagement initiatives for stakeholders.
  • Foster a sense of community through internal events and initiatives.
  • Provide timely and relevant advice on communications and engagement matters.
  • Produce communication materials, including copywriting and collaborating with designers.
  • Maintain and update stakeholder contact lists and databases.
