About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Support Worker to join our team at Gray Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting adults with complex needs within their own homes and within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to an individual with a diagnosis of treatment-resistant Schizophrenia.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores.
  • Encourage and support the individual to engage in activities they enjoy, such as music and community outings.
  • Work collaboratively with the Community Support Manager to develop and implement personalized support plans.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in social care, ideally with autism experience.
  • Current Right to Work in the UK and at least 6 months of employment in the UK.
  • Ability to work 3 x 12-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends.
