The Role

We are seeking an outstanding teacher with a proven track record of success and raising pupil outcomes. As a Star teacher, you will join a high-performing and supportive network of primary and secondary schools with some of the best teachers in education.

The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver quality teaching that drives achievement and inspires a love of learning. You will be able to demonstrate experience of achieving positive outcomes for pupils, as well as being passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people. As a committed team player, you will have excellent organisational skills and the natural ability to motivate both pupils and peers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to pupils, using a range of teaching strategies to engage and motivate learners.
  • Plan and deliver lessons that are tailored to the needs of individual pupils, using a range of resources and technologies to support learning.
  • Assess pupil progress and attainment, using data to inform teaching and learning and to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement a curriculum that is relevant, engaging and challenging for all pupils.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting the values and ethos of Highfield Leadership Academy.
