As a Bank Nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose which shifts you want to work each week, providing high-quality evidence-based care to individuals with neurological conditions in a modern and purpose-built hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care to individuals with neurological conditions, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support their physical and emotional needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that each person's unique needs are met.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the maintenance of a positive and supportive team environment.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Relevant nursing qualification and experience in a similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work varied shifts and respond to changing needs
