Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planning, Monitoring and Control Specialist to join our team at JAM Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating Learning from Experience workshops, managing governance and compliance, and utilizing a database to support the embedding of new integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Learning from Experience workshops to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Manage governance and compliance across the programme, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Utilize the LfE database to support the embedding of new integrated systems, ensuring seamless integration and data quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and support.
- Review Learning from Experience outputs to ensure quality, data standards, and process compliance.
- Support and train the LfE champion network, promoting knowledge sharing and capacity building.
- Review documents for accuracy and clarity, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare and submit monthly metric reports, tracking progress and actions.
- Stay up-to-date with business processes and procedures, applying knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide administrative support, utilizing Microsoft packages to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a project environment, with a strong background in related PM competencies.
- Desirable: Association for Project Management (APM) and/or Project Management qualification.
- Typically requires a University Degree or substantial practical knowledge gained through experience.
