About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to join our dynamic team at Robert Walters Direct Sourcing EMEA. As a Senior Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks and strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management on risk mitigation and control measures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risks, and develop effective risk management plans.
  • Monitor and report on risk exposure and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, and provide guidance on risk management best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in risk management, with a strong understanding of risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
