Job Title: Electrical Installation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team at Kingdom People. As an Electrical Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance work to a high standard
  • Work efficiently and safely to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Identify and diagnose electrical and electronic systems issues
  • Carry out periodic inspections and testing to ensure compliance with IET regulations
  • Provide training and mentorship to colleagues
  • Support the Refurb/Hire operations team and contribute to delivering safety and quality on time
  • Work closely with workshop fitters, wash bay, yard personnel, and transport to ensure daily operational expectations are met
  • Operate within a team and offer support to the wider team as required
  • Identify damage and capture chargeable costs using IT systems and processes
  • Monitor the quality of work to minimize errors and meet KPI targets
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and maintain a safe working environment
  • Follow and adhere to 5S working standards and support the business in achieving gold 5S standards

Requirements:

  • NVQ L3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • 18th Edition
  • Full UK driving license
  • Required to supply own tools
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Willingness to work overtime if required due to the hire aspect and demand

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • Low voltage DC and PV experience
  • Experience within a multi-trade background
  • Experience within a hire repair/reactive repair background
  • Experience within the site welfare sector
