Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of IT professionals in solving complex problems, assessing risks, and creating contingency plans to ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital and Corporate Systems to ensure business continuity and optimize system performance.
- Maintain system integrity, correct database errors, coordinate software upgrades, and validate system control totals.
- Represent the Service at technical meetings, evaluate new systems, and provide training to staff on new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and PCI regulations, test software releases, and prepare annual business plans.
- Promote partnership working, attend training sessions, supervise staff, and monitor Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements:
