About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancing Specialist to join our team at Simpson Judge Ltd. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and equity release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client files from start to finish, ensuring seamless transaction completion.
  • Handle leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling, including dealing with complex issues.
  • Develop business relationships with estate agents, other introducers, and local community networks to drive business growth.
  • Participate in business development activities, including marketing initiatives and community outreach, under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of PQE experience in residential property conveyancing or equivalent experience as a fee earner.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using both paper and electronic files, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present a professional image to clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
