Position: Dermatology Specialist

About the Company

HealthHarmonie Ltd is a dynamic organization operating in the Healthcare sector. We work in collaboration with various Clinical Commissioning Groups to provide patients with community services, including dermatology services.

As a Dermatology Specialist at HealthHarmonie Ltd, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing dermatology service strategies within the contract area
• Reviewing and updating clinical protocols and policies to ensure best practices
• Participating in reflective learning sessions and service improvement events to enhance patient care
• Coordinating educational events for General Practitioners to promote dermatology services
• Ensuring adherence to prescribing formularies and proper labeling and transportation of pathology specimens

Experience

Essential

• Experience in conducting dermatological procedures independently, with a strong focus on patient safety and satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently, with strong time management skills

Qualifications

Essential

• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
• MRCP or equivalent qualification, demonstrating expertise in dermatology

Desirable

• Additional experience in dermatological procedures, with a focus on innovative treatments and technologies
• Strong desire to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
