About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven Brand Ambassador to join our team at Jobs for Humanity. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting Samsung Home Appliances and driving sales in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide a memorable and excellent customer experience.
  • Build relationships with retail store colleagues to increase product knowledge and brand awareness.
  • Proactively suggest Samsung products to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the in-store sales team to drive sales and advocacy for Samsung.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident in sales interactions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sales-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to other local stores as needed.
  • Target-oriented and results-driven.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive daily rate of £83, with up to 20% sales target bonus.

Working Hours:

14.5 hours per week, including:

  • Thursday: 1 hour weekly team update call (after 5pm).
  • Saturday: 9 hours between 09:00 to 19:00 (includes 1 hour unpaid lunch break).
  • Sunday: 6 hours between 10:00 to 19:00 (includes half an hour unpaid lunch break).
