Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Support Workers and Senior Support Workers who are committed to enhancing the lives of individuals in need within Domiciliary and Supported Living services.
Clientele: The majority of our clients experience Learning Disabilities or Autism. As a Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care consistently. You will play a crucial role in empowering service users to make informed choices, exercise their rights, and make decisions that affect their lives.
Work Schedule: We offer a variety of shift patterns to suit the right candidate.
Qualifications: While an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Experience and Requirements:
- Experience working with the Elderly or individuals with Learning Disabilities is advantageous but not essential.
- A valid driving license is required.
