Pharmacist Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to lead one of our key locations in Milton Keynes. As a Pharmacist Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing store performance, providing expert healthcare advice, and delivering high-quality pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store performance with a focus on customer care and satisfaction
  • Provide expert healthcare advice and deliver high-quality pharmacy services
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the pharmacy
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure safety for customers and patients

About the Role: We are looking for a professional and compassionate individual who is committed to making a positive impact. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, a solid understanding of implementing company strategies, and excellent communication skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing team members
  • A solid understanding of implementing company strategies to boost performance
  • An MPharm degree (or equivalent)
  • Registration with a relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, or PSI)
  • High levels of professional expertise and respect from peers, patients, and external partners
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to address diverse customer needs
