We are recruiting full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives to join our National Distribution Centre in Raunds. Our competitive salary of £28,063 (including basic and shift premium) and overtime available paid at an enhanced rate make us an attractive employer. You will also enjoy a local annual site bonus for all employees, up to 30 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays, and a breakout recreational room with free pool table, table tennis, and arcade machine. Our full training programme and uniform and PPE provided will ensure you have everything you need to succeed in this role. With other benefits including a Company pension scheme matched up to 5% and profit share bonus scheme, you will be rewarded for your hard work. As a Warehouse Operative, you will work across a rotating shift pattern of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm with only 1 in 8 weekends. Your responsibilities will include securely loading and unloading vehicles on both the outbound and inbound shipments, booking in goods to the Warehouse and processing returned stock, stock management/replenishment, and operating clamp trucks. If you have a Clamp / FLT / Reach / Counterbalance Licence or relevant experience, and previous experience of working in a Warehouse would be advantageous, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
