Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our management team at Grandir UK. As a Lead, Community Development Manager, you will play a key role in promoting high standards of quality within our nursery, identifying and addressing the individual training needs of staff, and ensuring the effective implementation of our keycarer procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Promote high standards of quality within the nursery, ensuring that practice and provision meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Staff Development: Identify and address the individual training needs of staff, providing professional and relevant feedback to support their growth and development.
  • Operational Management: Ensure the effective implementation of our keycarer procedures, allocating children to keycarers appropriately and ensuring that planning meetings take place regularly.
