Asset Management Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Additional Resources Ltd. as a key member of our legal department.
About the Role:
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of Executries, Wills, and Power of Attorney matters. You will work closely with our clients to provide tailored legal support and guidance, ensuring that their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Private Client cases from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
- Conduct thorough source of funds work and adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
- Utilize Microsoft packages and case management systems effectively to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high work standards in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Solicitor, Lawyer, or in a similar role, with a strong background in Private Client law.
- Qualified Private Client Solicitor with a deep understanding of Executries, Wills, and Power of Attorney matters.
- Familiarity with Microsoft packages and case management systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
