National Medicine Supply Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our National Medicine Supply Service team as a National Medicine Supply Service Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading charity, St John Ambulance, and contribute to our mission of saving lives through essential first aid services, training, and campaigning.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the National Medicines Supply Service (NMSS) Manager to ensure excellent governance and assurance standards regarding medicines.
- Undertake audits, oversee and accurately check relabelled and repackaged medication, and manage the stock and record keeping of Controlled Drugs.
- Occasionally travel to our hubs to provide guidance surrounding Controlled Drugs and to undertake spot checks.
- Be registered with the GPhC.
- Have an up-to-date CPD portfolio.
- Have experience organising and managing medicines, operating within robust governance systems and processes.
- Hold a UK driving licence.
