This consultancy is renowned for its expertise in transforming insurance businesses and actuarial functions, with a focus on M&A, capital management, regulatory compliance, balance sheet reporting, and modeling.
One key area of focus for this consultancy is to expand its With Profits proposition in the UK market, and to achieve this, they seek a fully qualified actuary with expertise in this field to lead new projects and contribute value to the business.
This individual will also have the opportunity to work across multiple actuarial disciplines, driving business growth and development.
Key Requirements:
- Fully Qualified actuary
- Strong experience in the With Profits area of the market - either at an insurer or a consultancy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Project leading experience
- Experience with people management / mentoring would be highly desirable
