Equity Portfolio Manager

- Define Investment Philosophy: Develop a strategy's investment philosophy and process to support long-term value creation.
- Launch Process Coordination: Coordinate the launch process with internal support functions to ensure a smooth transition.
- Portfolio Leadership: Lead the portfolio team to generate investment ideas within a relevant investment universe.
- Collaboration and Analysis: Work alongside existing team members to contribute to analysis and investment decisions on other equity funds.
- Marketing and Communication: Participate in the marketing of the fund through market notes, performance explanations, and fund positioning.
- ESG Development: Support the development of the ESG approach in line with the company's excellence requirements.
- Experience: At least 10-15 years of experience in managing an equity portfolio with a proven track record.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A strong entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovation and growth.
- Analysis and Synthesis: Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information to make informed decisions.
- Teamwork and Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with French being a plus.
- Location: Role located in Europe, with the exact location to be discussed.
