We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of luxury residential and iconic landmark projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile developments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial and contractual expertise on drylining packages, including cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections, identifying potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.
  • Oversee the procurement process, including subcontractor selection, negotiation, and award of contracts, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
