Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on procurement-related matters to our global procurement team.
  • Negotiate and draft procurement contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection legislation.
  • Manage legal risks associated with procurement activities across our global operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.

  • Ability to effectively identify risk issues and escalate upwards, as appropriate.
