Job Role: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Jenrick Engineering. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, including conveyor systems, ovens, fryers, check weighers, metal detectors, forming machines, robotics, packaging lines, and printing machines.
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting electrical issues, and implementing repairs and maintenance as required.
  • Working collaboratively with other maintenance teams to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing site.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including conveyor systems, ovens, and other manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £35 per hour (LTD - Outside IR35).
  • A 4on 4off shift pattern, with days and nights available.
