We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Specialist to join our client's award-winning team in Bolton. As a key member of the quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the integration and optimization of SAP systems, driving improvements in quality assurance processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead SAP System Integration: Oversee the integration of SAP systems, with a focus on SAP Quality Management (QM) and supporting software changes and testing.
  • Business Intelligence and Analytics: Use business intelligence and analytics tools to identify and prevent quality issues, leveraging predictive analytics to drive innovation.
  • User Support and Training: Manage user support and provide training on SAP systems and quality management tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
  • Tool Development and Deployment: Lead the development and deployment of new tools and dashboards to enhance quality management.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Quality Specialist with a strong background in product quality management. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Operational Experience: Operational experience in product quality management.
  • Aerospace or Defence Experience: Experience working in an aerospace or defence engineering business (preferred but not essential).
  • ERP Systems: Working knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP QM / SAP HANA, with project and change management experience (beneficial but not essential).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
