Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This role requires a practical individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:Office Operations:
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, in a timely and efficient manner.
Team Coordination:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office staff and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Customer Contact/Order Fulfilment:
  • Making outbound customer calls on CRM to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring orders are shipped in a timely and efficient manner.
