About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Magdalene Utilities Delivery Team in the UK. As a key member of our Contract Delivery team, you will play a critical role in providing end-to-end commercial management and control of all projects within your area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial management and control of projects, ensuring effective risk management and cost control.
  • Maximise margin through effective commercial controls and minimise inefficiency.
  • Support operational delivery by driving contract margin and providing key commercial and contractual advice to the operational team.
  • Ensure effective management account procedures to support business-critical reporting and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Teams and Senior Management to achieve programme targets.
Requirements
  • Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor or relevant experience.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet key deadlines in a pressurised, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and in a team-based environment to achieve programme targets.
  • Demonstrable willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
