Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team on a night shift basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in top condition to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair HGV vehicles to a high standard, ensuring they are safe and roadworthy
  • Diagnose and repair faults on HGV vehicles, using a range of diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the field of HGV maintenance and repair
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a qualified HGV Technician, or completion of an apprenticeship in the HGV industry
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair faults on HGV vehicles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and overtime as required
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the field
