This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a seasoned Physiotherapist at Flex Health. The successful candidate will be tasked with evaluating and treating patients suffering from musculoskeletal disorders.

This role encompasses both clinical responsibilities and managerial duties, requiring prior experience in staff management and performance evaluations.

We will design and execute treatment strategies, provide rehabilitation exercises, track patient progress, and educate individuals on self-management techniques. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with other healthcare professionals and maintaining precise patient documentation.
The experienced Physiotherapist will also play a crucial role in mentoring and enhancing the skills of the therapy team at Flex Health.

Qualifications Required:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
  • Exceptional assessment and treatment capabilities
  • Proficiency in developing and executing tailored treatment plans
  • Awareness of contemporary assessment and treatment methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in patient record maintenance
  • Experience in patient education and self-care strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC / CSP registration as a Physiotherapist
  • At least 4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in team management
