Insolvency Lawyer

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to lead a team in southwest London.

This role is ideal for a skilled Insolvency Solicitor or Partner from a city firm looking for a better work-life balance or a senior associate at a regional firm seeking a step up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate settlements, including company voluntary arrangements, administration, and receivership.
• Develop strong relationships with insolvency practitioners, companies, and directors.
• Manage and supervise junior solicitors and paralegals.

Requirements:

• 8+ years' PQE as a UK qualified solicitor.
• Excellent experience with insolvency and restructuring law.
• Management experience.
• Ideal candidates will have good academics, but this is not essential.
