We are seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team at Connells Group HQ. As an HR Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in producing and analyzing data to drive business decisions and improve HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement systematic people analytics methods to enable employee and management self-service.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and develop process changes for continuous improvement.
- Support the HR team in developing and delivering complex reporting requirements using analytical tools and techniques.
- Continuously improve HR Management Information processes, ensuring efficient and effective governance and risk controls.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and functions.
- Experience with Jasper or PowerBI reporting tools.
- Demonstrable ability to analyze and interpret employee data, producing clear and concise reports and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- A team player with strong attention to detail.
