KM4HR is partnering with a nationally recognised business to recruit an exceptional Senior HR Business Partner with a specialist skillset in change and transformation.

This is a highly rewarding role for a driven Senior HRBP looking to work closely with the HR Director and contribute to the business's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with volume hire groups in an office/contact centre environment and be confident in coaching and advising senior Directors in a fast-paced and deadline-driven business.

The key focus of this role will be to deliver large-scale projects, influence management to minimise impact, and provide operational support to the HR Director.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading on large-scale transformation projects, particularly around headcount
  • Effectively coaching senior management and line management on incoming changes
  • Supporting key business leaders with advice and consultation on strategic goals concerning all stakeholders
  • Line management of 2 HR Business Partners requiring operational support in areas of ER and people plans
  • Deputising for the HR Director on operational agendas for specific groups
