Theatre Technician

We are seeking a skilled Theatre Technician to join our team at Castle Theatre in Wellingborough. As a key member of our Technical Department, you will play a vital role in the running of our busy programme of shows and events.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation, execution, and dismantling of live events and productions
- Operate and maintain lighting and sound equipment, including LX/Sound consoles and digital cinema systems
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless event execution
- Proven experience in theatre technical operations, preferably with ETC Ion programming
- Knowledge of digital and analogue sound desks, with a strong understanding of technical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- A competitive salary of £18,071.64 pro rata (£24,095.52 FTE)
