About the Role

X4 Technology is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Consultant to join their Consulting division team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability and environmental consulting, with experience in working with clients to understand and document business and technical requirements for sustainability data platforms and BI tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients to scope and document business and technical requirements, becoming an expert in IBM Envizi ESG Suite, and working with project management to ensure delivery of the best solution for multiple clients. Additionally, they will work on ESG tasks with clients and internally to deliver legislatively compliant work, including CSRD.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Working with clients to understand, scope and document business and technical requirements for sustainability data platforms and BI tools.
  2. Becoming an expert in IBM Envizi ESG Suite and implementing other ESG Platform software.
  3. Working with Project Management to ensure delivery of the best solution for multiple clients, including user training and ongoing support.
  4. Working on ESG tasks with clients and internally to deliver legislatively compliant work, including CSRD.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working as a Sustainability Analyst with sustainability projects and knowledge of ESG data topics and sustainability regulation and compliance.
  • An understanding of the end-to-end software implementation process.
  • Detailed knowledge of GHG protocol and categories.
  • Understanding of CSRD and Science based methodologies.
  • Data mapping and consolidating (Nice to have).
