Job Title: Residential Concierge
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Concierge to join our team at Abbatt Property Recruitment. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties, and maintaining the highest standards of security and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet: Greet residents and visitors, answer enquiries, and provide assistance as required.
- Security and Safety: Ensure the effective security of residents and the building at all times, including manning CCTV and car parking facilities.
- Communication: Communicate with leaseholders, managing agents, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Record Keeping: Report any security breaches, faults, or incidents to the Building Manager and maintain accurate records.
- Key Management: Issue keys to authorized personnel and residents, and maintain accurate records of key signings.
- Delivery and Parcel Management: Receive and safekeep parcels and registered mail, and notify residents of deliveries.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a residential or property services role, with a focus on customer service and security.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Qualifications: Awareness of general fire, health & safety, and security protocols.
