Job Overview

Kineton is seeking a highly skilled System Test Engineer to join our team in the Automotive sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for validating the integration of vehicle control units and supporting the definition of test cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate the integration of vehicle control units and their components
  • Develop and execute test cases to ensure the functionality and reliability of vehicle control units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement test strategies
  • Identify and report defects and issues found during testing activities
  • Support the development of test plans and test cases

Requirements

  • University degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar
  • Knowledge of dSPACE tools and Vector Canalyzer/CANoe
  • Excellent knowledge of electronics and electrical engineering
  • Basic knowledge of electric vehicle components and logic
  • Knowledge of CAN/LIN protocols
  • Familiarity with C Language and Python
  • Knowledge of Mathworks tools (Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow, and toolbox) is a plus

Desirable Skills

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in automotive projects
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably backed up by study and/or work experience abroad
  • Strong motivation and orientation toward team working
  • Willingness to travel and relocate
