Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in the Brighton area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing care homes for older people, particularly those with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of residents
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Monitor and report on care home performance
Requirements:
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
